Changing the Default Configuration of Close, Minimize & Maximize Buttons From Left to Right

Step 1 : Before start process, Press Ctrl – Alt – T on your keyboard to open the Terminal.

Step 2 : Now type the following command in the terminal and run this command in terminal to change the configuration of close, minimize and maximize buttons to the right.
$ gconftool-2 --set "/apps/metacity/general/button_layout" --type string ":minimize,maximize,close"
Step 3 : That's All, you have configured the window buttons to the right. Now enjoy!
